I can understand why after all the years since your initial surgeries, CHOP continues to ask you to chat with young patients. In fact, I'm thinking of making this book compulsory reading for anyone looking after my child!I wish I had owned this book when my kids were babies. You are an amazing woman!! Lots of useful information about when to worry and when to just comfort the little one. This book is laid out so well and covers everything I could have imagined and plenty more. I have been reading it a page or two a day for the last year. You showed me that my disease does not have to define who I am as a person. The author does a good job of dumbing it down without making me feel dumb one little bit. In 2006 she retired her full-time position in order to relocate with her husband to Great Britain. I thank you for your book. Hertzfeldt released the second film in the series, titled I Am So Proud of You, in 2008.
