Most people who are playing conquest on the hardest difficulty are only having trouble on the first couple of missions, before any bonuses come into play. Not only are the players having to fight against an AI THAT OBVIOUSLY CHEATS, you also have to deal with the ADDITIONAL penalties that the AI doesn't even have to undergo.
