Is there some particular reason why you recommend this practice, and are you able to explain the reasons including studies that support this view? That’s why I encourage people to eat their nuts and seeds raw, but you can’t really find raw peanut butter, for example. That’s why I started nutritionfacts.org. If you have a peanut allergy, it could kill you, but otherwise no. Excellent. What is the commonality in all the Blue Zones that really make the difference that if we applied the same principles to our lifestyle and diet we would get the same result?
